Of the myriad of pet food companies there are several good ones producing excellent pet foods. We have tried to look to those that are able to substantiate their claims
with data to support them and in particular those companies that are able to produce special therapeutic diets. Yes-most of the information comes from the manufacturers and peer reviewed journals.

We have chosen to emphasize:

• Medi Cal Diet (now together with Walthams and Techni-Cal they are part of the Royal Canin Group)
